Is your pet shaking or tilting her head? Is he crying when you rub his ears? Do you see dark wax and debris in the ears or is there a foul odor? These are all common symptoms of ear disease. Ear disease, called otitis externa, is a very common and often painful condition in pets. Ear disease is a combination of infection and inflammation. This condition has many causes and often requires a combination treatment plan of ear cleaning, topical and oral medications to control it. Our veterinarians can examine your pets’ ears and develop a treatment plan to help you and your pet battle this disease.
